Embedded People Engineer

As an Embedded People Engineer, you'll be uniquely positioned at the intersection of engineering and people operations, working directly within our People Team to transform high-touch, manual workflows into scalable, automated solutions. This is a mission-critical role that combines deep technical expertise with intimate understanding of end to end people operations challenges, enabling you to build tooling that directly impacts all Palantirians across the globe.

In this role you’ll have the unique opportunity to directly influence and scale internal people operations for our customers (Palantirians), who are working alongside the world's most critical institutions.
